I have spent more than 30 years in the field of Intellectual Disabilities providing services to individuals with mental retardation and mental illness. I’m currently employed at Langton Green, Inc and in September ’08 was promoted to Director of Staff Development and Training. Prior to this new promotion I was the Director of Residential Services for 10 years overseeing in-home services and community integration for over 100 adults with intellectual disabilities. Prior to Langton Green, I was a program coordinator for Bello Machre, Inc. 2 years 7/96 to 11/98; Providence Center, Inc. 7 years as a program coordinator 7/89 to 7/96 and direct care staff at ARC of PG County 2 years 10/87 to 7/89.
